About the role
As a Screening Administrator, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment, learning how to process specialist background checks while maintaining excellent service standards. What You’ll Be Doing:
• Processing background checks (e.g., criminal checks, passport verifications, and references).
• Handling confidential documents and sensitive data with professionalism.
• Updating candidate files and maintaining accurate records.
• Running client reports and conducting quality control checks.
• Communicating with candidates and clients to ensure smooth processes.
• Following company procedures to maintain high compliance standards.
Person Requirements
We welcome applications from graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in administration. The ideal candidate will have:
• A degree in any discipline – no prior experience required, but any office, customer service, or data-handling experience (including internships or part-time work) is a plus!
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong IT skills – confident using Word, Excel, and email.
• Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to handling sensitive information.
• Great communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Should be residing within the Harpenden/Luton or surrounding area.
