What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing support to candidates and clients via phone and email
• Contacting UK & international companies to secure employment references
• Conducting data analysis, research, and processing financial/criminal background checks
• Handling confidential documents with integrity
• Ensuring smooth daily operations in employment screening
• Maintaining accurate records through data entry and administration

Person Requirements
• A current undergraduate looking for a 12-month placement
• Studying Business, HR, Administration, or a related field—or simply interested in this area
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Confident communicator with a polite and professional telephone manner
• Computer literate (Word & Excel knowledge is a plus!)
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Honest, discreet, and professional when handling sensitive data
• Should reside within the Luton/Harpenden/Hemel Hempstead area or willing relocate to Luton/Harpenden area
