Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, it will be your job to develop new business and find suitable candidates for your client’s requirements for either the Life Sciences or IT Swiss team.
MBA’s dedicated Training and Development Team will help you to learn everything you need to know to become a successful Recruiter with a structured training program and ongoing training and coaching sessions.
Duties include:
• Sourcing and selecting candidates
• Conducting telephone interviews with candidates
• Candidate Management
• Database Maintenance
• Business Development-acquire new clients and develop our existing client portfolio including client meetings

Person Requirements
• A recent graduate
• Communicative, driven and seeking to provide great customer service for candidates and clients
• Self-motivated
• Energetic, enthusiastic and hard-working
• Ideally first recruitment experience but not required
Please note:
German is essential for the IT Swiss team and it will include travel to Switzerland
German is a bonus for Life Sciences team or a degree in that field and travel to Europe
