Key Responsibilities and Duties Include:
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
• Support the sales team by qualifying leads, organising sales demos, and managing customer relationships.
• Create and maintain sales documentation, including orders and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Develop and update marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
• Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with different teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to improve sales and marketing processes.

Person Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a Sales, Marketing, or related university degree and seeking a placement year.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel (or willing to learn).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• A team player with honesty, integrity, and discretion.
• Should reside within the Luton/Harpenden/Hemel Hempstead area or willing relocate to Luton/Harpenden area
